We Need Your Help!
Potential New Classes
It looks like we all survived the snow storm, and are ready to get back in to the studio now that the snow is already melting. We are considering adding a new class or two. In order to best serve the needs of our clients I've linked a survey for new class time options. I've included the 6:30pm on Wednesday evenings because it has had low attendance numbers and we are wondering if a different class level would work better for more people. Please take a minute and respond if you are on the lookout for a regular class time or wanting to add another class to your schedule. Please keep in mind we need at least 3 people that can regularly commit to open up any new classes.
Winter Updates!
Let's Keep Moving!
Happy New Year Everyone! We are so grateful for all the new faces joining the studio, and for our loyal long term clients. Thank you for trusting us with your health and wellness.
As we start getting more snowy weather, here are a few reminders about our weather policy and upcoming changes and events.
Winter Weather Policy
As we enter the winter months, we wanted to remind everyone of our inclement weather policy. Our first priority is your health and safety. If you feel unsafe driving or walking through the parking lot please contact your instructor to cancel as soon as possible. This will allow us to make any adjustments to the schedule when necessary. As we all know, the Colorado winter weather can be hard to predict. Instructors will communicate cancellations when necessary rather than following school cancellations.
Also, please be careful parking in the spaces to the North of our building. They tend to be icy and take longer to melt than the rest of the parking lot.

These price increases will allow us to keep offering you quality instruction in a well cared for facility. It also helps us take great care of our exceptional staff with fair compensation for their expertise and hard work. If you have any questions or concerns, please talk to Amanda or Colby.

3rd Annual Holiday Fundraiser
We are very excited to announce that we are supporting Parkinson's Association of the Rockies for our annual fundraiser! It is always our goal to choose an organization that supports our local community, and something that impacts our clientele. Parkinson's Association of the Rockies actively supports individuals affected by the disease with exercise classes, monthly support groups, and educational programs.
What is Parkinson's?
Parkinson's disease is a progressive disorder that affects the nervous system. Symptoms can be different for everyone, and often begin mild and become worse over time. Individuals with Parkinson's can experience tremors, slowed movement, rigid muscles, loss of automatic movements (ex: blinking, smiling, etc...), impaired posture and balance, speech changes, and writing changes. Unfortunately Parkinson's cannot be cured, but medications can improve quality of life and slow symptoms. Exercise is important as well. As the disease progresses it can dramatically impact the patient and their loved ones.
