Pilates Plus is pleased to offer massage therapy as a compliment to your health and wellness program. We have three Licensed Massage Therapists on staff who are available by appointment. Their training includes Energywork, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular (trigger points), Orthobionomy, and Feldenkrais.

Evening and Weekend Appointments Available
     • 1⁄2 hour = $40.00
     • 1 hour = $65.00
